Communications consultant Korede Akinsete is passionate about executive communications and amplifying brand stories

Having worked at agencies, in-house and as a consultant, Korede has extensive experience across the spectrum of branding and communications. Her career has taken her from executive communications and thought leadership to media relations and campaign strategy. Above all, she is most energized by supporting organizations or individuals in identifying and amplifying a compelling brand story. In the past, this has looked like pitching stories on the need for accessible technology, writing op-eds on behalf of C-suite executives and creating key messaging on impact investing for a leading financial institution. Notably, Korede led an award-winning global communications campaign for Rise, the anchor program of a $1 Billion philanthropic commitment by Eric and Wendy Schmidt to find and support young global talent. She is currently the founder and principal strategist of Ko Concepts, a multi-disciplinary branding and communications studio.
